🤔 Still Confused? Here's What Others Are Asking

Q. I am not a Korean citizen. Can I still apply?

Yes! As long as you meet the age and residency requirements in a participating city or county, your nationality doesn’t matter.

Q. What if I don’t have a Korean ID?

You can use your Alien Registration Card or Residence Certificate instead. If you're under guardianship, your caregiver can also apply with appropriate documents.

Q. Can I use the support for any kind of items?

No. You can only use the Gyeonggi Money subsidy to purchase menstrual products (pads, tampons, menstrual cups) at participating convenience stores.

Q. What happens if I don’t use the money?

Any unused balance will automatically expire after December 31, 2025. Be sure to use it in time!

Q. Can a parent or guardian apply for me?

Absolutely. Parents, legal guardians, or facility staff can apply on behalf of the adolescent with proper documentation.

🎯 Don’t Wait — Use the Support You Deserve

No matter your nationality, language, or background — your dignity matters. Gyeonggi Province recognizes the need for period equity and is offering meaningful support to foreign female adolescents through this program.

If you or someone you know is eligible, don’t miss the application window. Whether you apply online or visit a community center, the process is simple and the benefit is real. Share this information with friends, classmates, and families who might need it — because no one should miss out on support due to language or information barriers.

Let’s create a community where everyone can live with comfort and confidence. Periods are natural — and support should be too.
